Surrey County Council / Best Continuity
The Swine Flu pandemic and the Big Freeze highlighted an increasing need for effective Business Continuity strategies among organisations large and small throughout the country.

As part of an initiative created by Woking Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Woking Borough Council. Surrey Chambers and Surrey County Council, Virtual360 were asked to design and create a different way of communicating best practise as well as providing a resource for owners and principles in commerce, charities and public authorities. In response to these complex requirements, we developed a fully functional website using 360° panoramic tours as menus to hold content, references, links and this introductory video involving the Cabinet Office and executives from Surrey authorities including the emergency services.

Edexcel
As part of the development of their Employer Solutions Toolkit on CD-ROM for worldwide distribution, Edexcel wanted a corporate promotional video to introduce all their whole range of offerings.

We created this short piece encapsulating all about Edexcel and just as importantly, how the company plays such a large part in everyone’s education.

Surrey Heath Borough Council
Managing Change’ was the theme behind the latest venture for Surrey Heath Borough Council. The aim was to deliver much better value for money to its community while centring on promoting continuous improvement.

Wanting to demonstrate their ‘we can help’ attitude to other councils they commissioned Virtual360 to capture in a DVD/CD-ROM promotional package, the importance of being customer focused and improving performance.

The result was met with high acclaim by staff and management alike and the scheme was launched at the LGA conference in the summer.

Havering Council
As part of the Thames Gateway regeneration project funded by both Central Government, the European Regional Development Fund and the LDA, Havering Council commissioned Virtual360 to produce a promotional DVD - ‘Havering – London’s Future’.

Designed for use in exhibitions and for focused marketing, and aimed at introducing the region and the development opportunities, the DVD encourages both developers and commercial organisations to invest and be part of the Havering dream. 

So pleased were the council that Virtual360’s since been commissioned for various other versions including German & Czech.

Waymade
As part of our digital marketing project for Waymade, there was a requirement to show the company in action and to introduce all the main departments – as well as the clean room manufacturing and packaging operations.

We were able to capture the essence of the company and its operation in a single day’s location shooting and completed the video within the week.

So pleased were Waymade, it is now used not only in Credentials Presentations, but has been converted for the main website.
